Bruklin is wonderful to wear. If it is very cold, simply insert a few sheepskin soles.
Size recommendation:
Buy one size larger.

Good, but different than expected
Bruklin chestnut EU 47
I've had the Bruklin Chestnut for a week. It's my fourth pair of wildlings. Bought them all in 47.
While the honey bear was too small back then with the insole that was there, all the other three fit perfectly, including the Bruklin. I bought it so that you can slip in there quickly and take it off quickly. And all of that during the colder months of the year. It should also be quite waterproof.
Fit: Maybe it's because of my high tension, but it's not that easy for me to get into the shoes. The loop you can pull on has already cracked, as if it were about to break. So I pull the shoes on the fabric over my heel. Once you have them on, it's great.
Cold protection: They were sold as warm shoes, which are also suitable for winter. The inner lining is comfortable. The sole is advertised as firmly stitched. But at single-digit temperatures, nothing works here without an insole. It's too cold from the ground. I would have liked to know that before ordering (you're just smarter now; -)). Because now - if I use the Wildling sole - I would have to spend money again for shipping. But I also don't know if a larger size wouldn't make sense then.
Waterproofness: I haven't had any experience yet.
In any case, I like the shoes and I like to keep them. Some people find them ugly, others find them beautiful because of it. I think the old sole is (visually) better, but with this type of shoe, this sole probably makes more sense.
Size recommendation:
Select the normal size.
