Reality arises out of the courage to live our dreams. And the founding principle became a living dream thanks to all the people who believed in it with full conviction and support. With every handmade pair of shoes, with every shipment packed in the Wildling warehouse and with every satisfied purchase or loving recommendation. Wildling is a strong community of values, with a vision of a better future and a wilder here and now.

We want to transfer the regenerative effect that our shoes have on our well-being to our entire business. To achieve this, we rely on partnership-based production, innovative materials from regenerative cultivation and the promotion of renaturation projects.

A Story of Courage and Passion
Anna and Ran founded Wildling ten years ago. At a time when minimal shoes for children and families were still an illusion. But the two of them turned it into a mission - with a lot of courage, a strong-willed community and the support of a crowdfunding campaign, a shoe was actually created: the first Wildling with its unique sole. Thus began the first steps in an adventurous start-up journey.
When Anna and Ran look back on these beginnings today, they see many unforgettable moments: The first encounter with the “fox logo”, the design proposal for the sole and the wonderful encounters with people who shared the same passion and made the Wildling vision possible.
A Look Behind the Wild Curtains
Wildling still has its roots in Engelskirchen today, where the large Wildling warehouse is located. Complemented by showrooms in Berlin and Cologne, the studio remains the wild heart of the brand, where new collections and creative ideas come to life. This is where our people laugh and explore and work on new models together with the Foxperts.
On Personal Freedom and Common Goals
The approximately 200 employees primarily work remotely and organize their day-to-day work in a New Work context. Freedom, self-determination and flexibility characterize the corporate culture. Whether in the home office, coworking or on the road - with the idea of adapting the location and rhythm of work to your own needs. Regular face-to-face meetings promote communication and strengthen team cohesion. For a balance between personal freedom and common goals.
