• Product information

  The sandal's upper is made of durable microfiber, which protects the foot while giving it as much freedom of movement as possible.

  The design relies on a delicate fit and few individual parts. Thanks to the integrated heel loop, the sandal requires very few seams. This saves resources and contributes to the durability of the lightweight.

  We owe the fact that the sandal offers great support with very little material to the so-called windlass mechanism. The latter can work optimally thanks to the strap over the big toe and ensures that the sole is always in contact with the foot.

  Upper:
  Microfiber (100% polyamide) – coral

  Mid-sole:
  Washi (ITOITEX – 75% paper, 25% polyester)

  Insole:
  Lunatur (80% EVA, 20% walnut shell) [removable]

  Outsole:
  Wildling outsoles are made of synthetic rubber (partially recycled), silica and natural rubber. Depending on the model, cork particles may be included. Color – off-white with colored speckles

• Fit

  Runs a little shorter.

  Full-grown foot: If the foot ends close to or on the line to a size on the Fitkit, we recommend choosing the next size up.

  Growing foot: If the foot ends at the line to a size on the Fitkit, we recommend to choose the next size up.

• Care

  Waterproofing before first-time wear

  This minimal shoe is water-permeable. Consequently, waterproofing is not necessary.

  Cleaning

  If the shoes get soiled, it’s best to brush them clean gently when they’re dry or wash them gently by hand. Not machine washable. 

  The upper may rub off onto light-colored fabrics when wet.

  If this minimal shoe walks through salt water with you, we recommend rinsing it well with fresh water afterwards.

  For stubborn stains, we recommend gentle cleaning with our biodegradable cleaning solution "Drops".

  We recommend to remove and air the insole daily after wearing. They can be carefully washed by hand.

• Additional notes

  Every single shoe is a handmade one of a kind. The structure and coloration may exhibit minor irregularities.

  A hue appears different depending on the lighting conditions. That's why colors always look a little different on the screen, in artificial light at home, or outside in sunlight.

  The upper may rub off onto light-colored fabrics when wet.
